If your agent is not immediately available, other agency staff will be happy to assist you. We realize that not all claims happen between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. There are a few companies that would like to take your claim directly. If you are calling in a claim for one of those companies (listed below), please be ready to give the representative your policy number, date of loss, and a brief description of the incident.
