Claims
In the event of a claim, please report it as soon as possible. Please try to contact your agent first. If your agent is not immediately available, other agency staff will be happy to assist you. We realize that not all claims happen between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our offices are not open 24 hours daily; however, please feel free to contact us, using the contact information listed on our agency staff pages. Please note that there are a few companies that would rather take your claim directly. We have listed phone numbers for most of the companies we represent below. If you would like to call in a claim directly, please be ready to give the representative your policy number, date of loss, and a brief description of the incident.
Payments
Some companies will allow you to make payments via phone or online. A payment link has been added to the companies listed below. If this option is available, this link will give you access to your company's payment options. If you are using this option for the first time, you may have to create a login (register).
